This specialty designed carrier houses ballistic panels from a level II body armor model and includes two 5" x 8" plate pockets for upgradable protection using the PROTECH(r) line of IMPAC(tm) special threat plates.
IMPAC plates help provide additional protection over the heart and lungs area and are offered in three styles for the Bark-9:
• IMPAC-HT for handgun treat protection
• IMPAC-MT for multi-threat protection (combined handgun/spike & edged blade)
