Law Officer recently got a close-up look at the new Safariland patrol bike, when Troy Gielish, a bike patrol supervisor from Southern California, brought the bike over to our booth at the SHOT Show.
Built by Kona, the bike was designed with a lot of cop input. Specs include hydraulic disk brakes, 29-inch wheels, flat black paint, 30-speed drivetrain, silent hub (no ratchet noise), internal cable housing, integrated rear rack and emergency lighting with a rechargeable battery pack.
The bike can be seen at the upcoming IPMBA Conference (www.IPMBA.org) or check out our exclusive video at www.LawOfficer.com/safarilandbike.
