SKB’s new 3i Series injection-molded, ATA-compliant cases are made to safeguard sensitive, expensive or vital equipment. The cases are available in 24 sizes and in two stock configurations: foam-filled and empty. They’re resistant to UV, solvents, corrosion, fungus and impact damage. They also have an automatic purge valve and a lifetime guarantee. Some sizes are equipped with wheels and a retractable pull-handle. Cases are available from Canyonwest Cases. Safariland’s new Protech Intruder G2 Type IIIA shield is the first of its kind to incorporate a triangular viewport. The viewport provides increased peripheral visibility and contains overlapping acrylic and polycarbonate laminate, which reinforces the seams and provides protection from ballistic threats. The shield also features a high-intensity, strobe LED dual-lighting system that provides the operator with the ability to illuminate darkened areas without the use of a separate light.
