Blackhawk's Boise, Idaho, manufacturing facility is reaching full production with the newly acquired Knoxx Stocks recoil-reduction stocks and Taser holster currently shipping to dealers and customers. Its Integral Tourniquet System (I.T.S.) clothes have been ordered by the U.S. Navy SEALs. (ITS apparel integrates a total of eight tourniquets to stem blood loss in an extremity injury.) Three models of the company s ballistic panels have been certified in accordance with the NIJ 0101.04 and the Interim 2005 requirements for: Level II Special Threat, Level IIIA, Level IIIA Special Threat and Made in the U.S.A. And the Virginia Beach Police Department is the latest department to adopt the Level 3 SERPA holster for its Glock 17s.
