ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - When St. Pete Police K-9 officer Jeffrey Yaslowitz was killed in the line of duty back in January, his dog Ace was left without a partner.
"Jeff loved him like a child. He was Jeff's partner. He was a provider and a protector," said Lorraine Yaslowitz, the widow of the slain officer.
