WASHINGTON - DC police continue to investigate a crash that killed one officer and hurt another.
It happened on MLK Avenue in southeast early Saturday morning.
The officer's car hit a pole while responding to a call.
32-year-old Paul Dittamo was killed.
The other officer is expected to recover.
Dittamo had been a member of the department since June 2009.
