On March 29, Millbrook (Ala.) Police Department Officer James Fezatte was killed in a vehicle crash after responding to a civil disturbance call at approximately 1050 hrs.
The 41-year-old s patrol car skidded off the roadway during heavy rain and struck a tree on Main Street. He had served with the Millbrook Police Department for one year. He is survived by his wife and two children.
