APCO International needs you! Get the word out about the Annual Conference and find ways to raise the funds to get your agency to Houston! Use the tools on our Web site to start your campaign today.
The toolbox includes:
- Letterhead: Use this letterhead to post information in your agency, send invitations about fundraising events, create "friends and family" letters to gather donations, etc.
- Email Template (Coming Soon): Use our email template in the same way you would use the letterhead to get the word out!
- Copy Points: Facts and information about the conference can be used to promote your fundraiser, create awareness about the show within your agency and/or community, be used on your blog, facebook, and twitter accounts.
- Fundraising Ideas: Here are some ideas to get you started on ways to raise funds to send people from your agency to the conference.

After you've organized your efforts tell us about what you're doing by uploading a short video* (2-5 minutes in length) to this site. We will be looking for creativity and collaboration. Prizes** will be awarded for the agency that shows the most creativity in their fundraising/campaign efforts as well as the agency that exhibits the most team spirit.
Conference Promotional Material
If you are attending an event (e.g., career fair or community event) where your agency will be represented at a table or booth and need promotional material about the conference to distribute, please contact us at conference@apcointl.org . Materials are limited and will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
*All video uploads must be received by July 1, 2010 for prize consideration.
