Hitch-Mounted Signs & Lights

Traffic Safety System’s hitch-mounted LED Arrow Boards are used by police officers for fast lane closure and traffic direction in motor vehicle accidents, road closure, prisoner trash detail and other situations where emergency traffic direction is necessary. The unit comes in a storage bag and will fit in any trunk. The hitch-mounted LED Scene lights are designed to light up large areas without setting up a generator. Vehicles can be moved without removing equipment. The boards and scene lights are operational in one minute and operate from the vehicle’s power trailer plug or optional stand alone tripod stand. Rotating Reflector

The new Vision SLR light bar’s non-linear shape and Solaris LED Rotating Reflector provides eight times more light output than a typical linear LED light bar. Each reflector features two LEDs that project light upward for easy aerial location of an emergency vehicle. The product illuminates a broader area at the 45- and 90-degree intersection points, which is a critical area for early detection of an emergency vehicle to on-coming traffic. This allows for quicker recognition and response time through intersections. The product also features the new SpectraLux multicolor LED technology that allows for a single light source to change color (red, blue, amber or white) while in motion. In all-white mode, the Vision SLR produces a floodlight to quickly illuminate an emergency scene.

Prisoner-Restraint Seat

Laguna Manufacturing, Inc. introduces the new 2011 Dodge Charger 3P X-Treme Seat with the optional Ready Buckle prisoner-restraint seatbelt system. This seatbelt system offers safe buckling of the prisoner from the outboard sides of the vehicle so that the officer doesn’t have to lean over the prisoner in order to fasten them in. The belts automatically tighten if the prisoner struggles around in the seat, which helps minimize the risk to the officer and keeps the prisoner secure. The 3P X-Treme Charger seat features additional rear-seating space compared to the 2010 Charger seats, and comes with a five-year warranty.
