Dave Grossi

Dave Grossi, Law Officer's Tactics columnist, is a retired police lieutenant from upstate New York now residing in southwest Florida. In addition to being a certified police force trainer, for several years both before and after his retirement, Grossi served as the police liaison to the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Advisory Board for Center for Dispute Settlement in Rochester, N.Y. and helped draft police DV response protocol.
