GPS Tracking—a Search?

The use of GPS devices to assist in law enforcement surveillance is an area that’s still developing. However, officers must be aware of their state’s laws, as several states prohibit the use of mobile tracking devices without first obtaining a warrant.


How Long Is Too Long?
