Mike Wasilewski & Althea Olson

Althea Olson, LCSW, has been in private practice in the Chicago suburbs since 1996. She has a master's of social work from Aurora University. She provides individual, couples and group psychotherapy for adolescents, adults and geriatrics. She's also trained in critical incident stress management and is a certified divorce mediator. Once word got out her husband is a police officer, law enforcement agencies began to refer to her.

Mike Wasilewski, MSW, has been a police officer for a large suburban Chicago department since 1996. He holds a master's of social work from Aurora University and serves on the department's Crisis Intervention Team & Domestic Violence Team.

Together, Mike and Althea, who have been married since 1994, provide distinctive training programs for police officers and therapists.
