Scottie Frier

Scottie Frier is a lieutenant in the Violent Crimes Unit with the Lexington County (S.C.) Sheriff's Department. Frier also serves as the co-commander of the Crisis Negotiations Unit. He is a past president and current board member of the South Carolina Crisis Negotiators Association, which will hold its annual training conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C., on Oct. 16-18 (for more info, visit www.sccna.com).
