Armada Group grew out of the desire by a street officer to access criminal justice information from multiple jurisdictions and to visually resolve questions of suspect identity in real time. He also recognized that to truly collaborate, all field based identification information must be available to every agency and from each cruiser. That's why the founder of Armada, this former officer, chose to make iLincs the first law enforcement system delivered as a subscription service over a secure Internet connection.
