Auburn, Washington based Jatal Inc. takes over Safety Seat line starting January 2, 2013.
Aedec produces a line of prisoner safety seats and vehicle restraint systems under the Pro-Straint™ name. Aedec will continue to support all current products while working to expand the product line.
Jatal Inc. dba Accel Plastics, is a successful plastics thermoforming company located in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. With 50 employees, the ISO9001 and TS16949 certified company serves customers worldwide in the Heavy-Trucking, Electronics and Aerospace fields.

Accel Plastics will retain all employees and move operations from the Beaverton, Oregon facility into the existing 30,000 square foot Auburn, Washington plant. “The recent upgrades to equipment and production flow on the plastics side of the business has freed up space and capacity to consolidate both operations here in Auburn” says John Crawford, General Manager of Accel Plastics.
