Brooklyn Park (Minn.) Cop Faces $500,000 Excessive Force Suit

Officer Michael Wrobel claims he did not intend to use force on the man to get him on the ground, but that his boots slipped on the urine

Minneapolis, Minn. (KSTP-TV) -- The lawsuit says that not only were the man's civil rights violated, but that the officer lied about what had happened.
