Cockatiel Interrupts Firearms Training in New York

GUILDERLAND, N.Y. (Fox 23 News) -- A cockatiel dropped into the New York State Police Academy during firearms training and landed right on a recruit's head. The bird didn't seem to be phased by the shots being fired.
