Man Charged In Conn. Trooper's Death

WTNH ABC8 New Haven - Enfield, Conn. (WTNH) - An arrest warrant says an Enfield man now charged in the death of Connecticut State Trooper First Class Kenneth Hall was going 87 miles an hour at the time of the fatal crash.
