PHILADELPHIA (MyFoxPhilly) - It has happened again. A beloved Philadelphia police officer is killed on his way home from work, bringing more heartache for fellow officers, a family and a community. Another veteran cop lost – almost 20-years of service – gunned down walking home. "Somebody knows who did it. Somebody knows what happened. We need 'em to come forward," said Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey. FOX 29's Stephanie Esposito reports on another sad day for the Philadelphia Police Department.
