JAXSHERIFF - On Monday July 23, 2012 at 1:38 p.m. the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 13846 Atlantic Boulevard, in reference to a female in the water screaming for help. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office Air Unit responded to the area within minutes to assist.

A combative woman was pulled from the water near the MiraVista Condominiums. Air Unit Pilot Stephen Vaughan jumped out of the helicopter into the water to rescue the woman. The pilot used his personal GoPro camera to capture the footage.
