Portland Children 'Shop with a Cop'

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN CBS 6) -- Thirty children, from the St. Johns Woods apartment complex in north Portland, are in a program that promotes stronger ties to the community. They work with police to clean up around their homes and make art for the city. As a reward, they got to "shop with a cop."
