Former Rhode Island officer’s directions make him a state legend

Providence Journal - Returning for the Christmas season, retired Providence police officer Tony Lepore, the Dancing Cop, busts some moves Tuesday while directing traffic at the intersection of Dorrance and Weybosset streets in Providence.
