Shoot or Don't Shoot?

PHOENIX, Ariz. -- Arizona police invited the public to experience what it's like to be in the heat of the moment. The Phoenix Police Department used the same simulator they use to train their officers to allow the public a chance to see what it's like to be under that kind of pressure, and so they could choose how they'd react in a similar siutation.
