Simulated School Shooting in California: Too Soon?

MODESTO, Calif. (WNYT NBC) -- Police have simulated a school shooting on a campus in Modesto, Calif. But the shooting simulation has drawn criticism by some who feel the Sandy Hook shooting is still too fresh.
