GLOUCESTER TWP., N.J. (MyFoxPhilly) - There's good news for the family of a police sergeant wounded during Friday's shooting in Gloucester Township. Sgt. Jim Garber left Cooper University Hospital on Sunday just two days after a gunman shot him and two other officers inside the Gloucester Township police headquarters. Garber got a hero's welcome as the local community lined the streets to salute the brave officer. The other officers wounded in the shooting, Officer Ruth Burns and Sgt. Kevin Thyne, are also recovering at home.
