Wisconsin Spa Shooting Gunman Grew Up in Chicago Area

He was an ex-Marine

WHEELING, Ill. (WLS) -- Police identify the gunman in the Wisconsin spa shooting as Radcliffe Haughton, an ex-Marine who grew up in Chicago's northern suburbs.

Authorities say Haughton grew up in north suburban Northbrook and Wheeling, and after serving in the Marines, he reportedly came back to the Chicago area to work.
