Use-of-force issues remain among the most contentious in law enforcement. Any use of force by an officer is scrutinized by every critic, and any real or perceived misstep often results in a dismissal of charges, a civil action against the officer and his agency, and injury to the reputation of both. This webcast will explain and explore life’s most important question, What’s Important Now (W.I.N.) , as it relates to use-of-force training.

Brian serves as an Advisory Board member for ILEETA, is the editor of the ILEETA Review and writes a regular column for the ILEETA Use of Force Journal . Brian served as a member of the National Advisory Board for Police Marksman Magazine from 2000 to 2007.
